And I spake unto Sam, making known unto him the things which the Lord had manifested unto me by his Holy Spirit. And it came to pass that he believed in my words.
Thankfully my older brother Sam wasn’t such a lizard brain. I told him about my personal revelation and he actually believed me. That Sam sure is a humble guy. He even seemed grateful the Spirit had spoken to me, so he could know one way or the other. Of course Sam's always liked me more than the older two. In middle school they were always picking on him and calling him Shrimpy Sammie. But who’s laughing now that it’s three against two? Well, technically Mom is on Dad’s side as well, but she gets kind of wishy-washy and goes over to the dark side occasionally as you’ll see in a few verses. I don’t count my sisters' votes because they’re kind of neutral and don’t say much-- in fact they’re really boring (that’s why I haven’t even named them, and honestly I’m not actually sure how many I have.) So it’s Dad, me, and Sam vs. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb, and between you and me, we had the brains stacked in our favor.
